Yes. Bring the job you are tired of doing every week and one of our AI operators will build the agent for it alongside you. With you, not for you, so your own team can change it the week after we leave. Available on any plan, and included on Enterprise.
You bring a job: sorting incoming contracts and matching each one to the right invoice payment. We sit down with your team, build the agent against your real documents and your real accounting system, and within days it is running.
Your team knows exactly how it works, because they built it with us.
A credit is how we measure the work an agent does for you. When an agent reads something, works out what to do, or writes into one of your tools, it uses credits. Small jobs use a few. Big jobs use more.
An agent that reads one email and files it against the right customer uses roughly 30 to 60 credits, or about $0.06 to $0.12.
An agent that reads twenty documents and drafts a memo uses roughly 350 to 600 credits, or about $0.70 to $1.20.
Three things. The agent thinking, the agent doing something in a tool you have connected, and the agent looking something up in your own files. Nothing else on the platform uses credits.
Someone asks your agent what the refund window is. The agent searches your policy library, reads the passages it finds, writes an answer, and posts it into Slack. Four steps, one job, roughly 25 to 50 credits, or about $0.05 to $0.10.
These three use credits. Everything else does not.One job usually involves all three, sometimes several times over.
Three things move the number. Which model the agent uses, since the more capable ones cost more to run. How long the model spends working the answer out before it replies. And how much material gets gathered up and handed to it to read.
"What is our refund window?" answered by a small model from a two page FAQ is about 25 credits, or $0.05. The same question, answered by a larger model that reasons through a two hundred page policy library first, is closer to 50 credits, or $0.10.
Here are six jobs people commonly build, with the range each tends to fall into. Yours will land somewhere in the range depending on how much material is involved.
Reads it, works out what it is about, sends it to the right person or queue.
10 to 20 credits
about $0.02 to $0.04
Finds the relevant passages, answers the question, says where the answer came from.
25 to 50 credits
about $0.05 to $0.10
Reads an email, finds the right contact, pulls out the details, writes them in.
30 to 60 credits
about $0.06 to $0.12
Pulls numbers from the tools you have connected, works them out, writes the commentary.
150 to 300 credits
about $0.30 to $0.60
Goes through the sources you named, spots what is different, writes a short summary.
300 to 500 credits
about $0.60 to $1.00
Reads the whole set, drafts it section by section, references where each point came from.
350 to 600 credits
about $0.70 to $1.20
It depends what you build. If you spent a whole month on a single kind of job, 16,000 credits on Standard would get you roughly this much.

Most teams run several agents at once rather than one. A small operations team might sort 400 messages, answer 200 questions and produce 4 weekly reports in a month, and still have credits left over.

Your account
Your agent drafts a refund email and waits for a manager to approve before sending. The approval costs nothing. Nor does the record showing who approved it and when, or the retry when your email tool times out the first time.
No. There is no per person charge on any plan, including Free. You pay for the account, and for the credits your users and your agents use. One account, one credit line.
A team of two and a team of twenty both pay £29 a month on Standard. The only difference is how many credits they work through.
Yes, as many people as you like, on every plan. Everyone shares the same pool of credits. On Standard you can set a limit per person if you want to.
One person builds an agent that answers HR questions. Forty colleagues use it every week. All of them draw from the same 16,000 credits, and the account still pays £29.
You can top up at any time. Credit grants come in packs of $25, which is 16,000 credits. Buy as many as you need, whenever you need them. If you would rather wait, your agents pause and pick up again when your monthly credits refresh.
You get through 16,000 credits by the 20th of the month. One $25 pack adds another 16,000 credits and your agents carry on. Or you leave it, and they start again on the 1st.
