Procurement & legal policy desk
The business asks procurement and legal the same questions constantly: can I sign this, which template do I use, what is our position on data transfers. This agent answers from the positions and templates you have published, citing each one. Anything new, contested or specific to a live matter goes to the legal team.
Step by step
Index the published positions
Policies, standard positions, approved templates and guidance notes are indexed from the sources you connect.
Quote the position and link it
The reply quotes the published position and links to the document and version, so the asker can see the basis for it.
Point to the current template
Where an approved template or clause exists, the agent links it rather than describing it, so people use the live one.
Separate policy from legal advice
Questions asking what to do in a specific situation are identified as advice and are not answered by the agent.
Route to legal with context
Escalations arrive with the question, the relevant positions and any related agreement already attached.
Legal approves anything beyond the text
A member of the legal team writes and approves any answer that goes further than quoting a published position.
Exactly what this agent can see, touch and change
The same five controls sit behind every ollo agent. These are this one's settings — visible before you build it, not buried in an admin screen afterwards.

Applications & Rights
Which tools it uses, and what it may do in eachVerification
How you know it’s rightEvery claim links to the document it came from. A statement the agent cannot cite does not make it into the output — which is what makes the result reviewable in minutes rather than re-read end to end.
Who it’s for
General counsel and procurement leads supporting a business that asks routine questions faster than a small team can answer them.
What you’ll need
- Published positions and templates connected
- An agreed list of topics that must escalate
- Channel access for the agent
- A legal contact on rota
What you get
- Cited answers in the channel
- Links to the current approved templates
- A queue of escalated questions
What it doesn’t do
It repeats what you have published and points at your templates. It does not give legal advice, approve a deviation or sign anything, and it will not answer a question about a live dispute or an open negotiation.
We build the first one with you
Not a template you configure alone. We sit with your team, build it on real data, and hand over the controls.
Scope
One session with the people who actually do the work. We agree what the agent reads, what it may write, and who approves.
Co-build
Built on your own data, not a sandbox. You watch it being made, so you know why it behaves the way it does.
Handover
You own the controls. Change the context, tighten the rights, move the approval gate — without coming back to us.
Parts of the work currently spread across the categories below. It does not replace any of those products outright.
Frequently asked
What stops it straying into advice?
It answers only by quoting positions you have published, with the citation attached, and the topics that must escalate are configured so it does not attempt them. Anything about a live matter or a specific negotiation goes to a person, with the context already gathered.
What if someone asks it to review their contract?
It hands that to the legal team. Reviewing a specific document against a specific situation is a lawyer's job, and the review-notes agent is a separate build with a lawyer in the loop.
How do we stop old templates circulating?
It links the current version from the source rather than attaching a copy, so people follow the link to whatever is live. Where two templates both look current, it flags the pair for legal to resolve.
Can we see what the business is asking?
Yes. The log of questions, including the ones with no published answer, shows where your positions are missing or unclear. Teams often use that list to decide which guidance to write next.
