Obligation & renewal watch
Auto-renewals are usually noticed the week after the notice period closed. This agent reads the executed agreements, extracts the dates and the recurring obligations, and puts the relevant ones in front of the owner while there is still time to act. The owner decides what happens next.
Step by step
Extract the dates per agreement
Term, renewal, notice period and review dates are pulled from each executed agreement, with the clause cited.
List the recurring obligations
Commitments such as reporting, reviews and minimum volumes are listed against the agreement they come from.
Match each agreement to an owner
Agreements are matched to their owner using your contract register, and anything without an owner is flagged rather than assumed.
Watch the notice window
The agent tracks when a notice window opens and closes, and raises the agreement before the window rather than after it.
Draft the summary for the owner
The owner gets a short summary: which agreement, which clause, what the deadline is, and what has to happen to act on it.
The contract owner decides
The owner chooses whether to renew, renegotiate or serve notice. The agent never contacts the supplier.
Exactly what this agent can see, touch and change
The same five controls sit behind every ollo agent. These are this one's settings — visible before you build it, not buried in an admin screen afterwards.
Context
What reaches the modelProcurement and legal teams holding a large supplier base where renewal dates live inside the documents rather than in a register anyone maintains.
Escalation

Applications & Rights
Which tools it uses, and what it may do in eachVerification
How you know it’s rightEvery claim links to the document it came from. A statement the agent cannot cite does not make it into the output — which is what makes the result reviewable in minutes rather than re-read end to end.
Who it’s for
Procurement and legal teams holding a large supplier base where renewal dates live inside the documents rather than in a register anyone maintains.
What you’ll need
- Executed agreements in a connected store
- A contract register or owner list
- An agreed reminder lead time
- A named owner per agreement
What you get
- A dated obligation and renewal list
- Reminders to the named owner
- A list of agreements with no owner
What it doesn’t do
It reads dates and obligations out of your documents and reminds a person. It does not serve notice, renew, terminate or negotiate, and it cannot see an agreement that was never filed.
We build the first one with you
Not a template you configure alone. We sit with your team, build it on real data, and hand over the controls.
Scope
One session with the people who actually do the work. We agree what the agent reads, what it may write, and who approves.
Co-build
Built on your own data, not a sandbox. You watch it being made, so you know why it behaves the way it does.
Handover
You own the controls. Change the context, tighten the rights, move the approval gate — without coming back to us.
Parts of the work currently spread across the categories below. It does not replace any of those products outright.
Frequently asked
What if the contract and the register disagree on a date?
It shows both and cites the clause it read. The document usually wins, but that is the owner's decision, and quietly overwriting the register would hide a problem worth seeing.
Can it serve notice for us?
No. Serving notice is a legal act with consequences, and the agent has no rights to send anything to a supplier. It puts the clause, the deadline and the required method in front of the owner.
How far ahead does it remind people?
You set the lead time per agreement type during the co-build, and it can differ for a major supplier and a minor one. The reminder always shows when the window closes, so the owner judges the urgency.
What about obligations that are not dates, such as reporting commitments?
Those are listed against the agreement with the clause that creates them and raised on the cycle they fall on. Whether one has been met is something a person confirms, because the agent only knows what the documents say.
