Meetings into content
The best material your organisation produces is spoken on calls and never written down. This agent reads the notes and transcripts you point it at, finds the explanations and stories worth publishing, and drafts them in your formats. Anything traceable to a customer is held back until permission is confirmed.
Step by step
Choose the meetings in scope
We agree what is included: internal sessions, webinars, and customer calls where consent covers reuse.
Read for reusable material
The agent extracts explanations, objections answered well and stories, each with its origin recorded.
Match to your formats
Material is mapped to formats you already publish rather than to a generic content plan.
Draft in the house voice
Drafts follow the same brand rules the brief agent applies, with sources attached to each claim.
Mark the permission status
Anything traceable to a customer is flagged as needing consent before use, whether they are named or not.
Marketing approves before publishing
Nothing is published by the agent. A person edits, clears permissions and publishes.
Exactly what this agent can see, touch and change
The same five controls sit behind every ollo agent. These are this one's settings — visible before you build it, not buried in an admin screen afterwards.
Context
What reaches the modelMarketing teams sitting on a library of recorded calls and internal sessions, and small teams where the expertise is in people's heads rather than in a content plan.
Escalation
When it asks a personMarketing approves and publishes; customer material needs confirmed consent first
Applications & Rights
Which tools it uses, and what it may do in eachVerification
How you know it’s rightEvery claim links to the document it came from. A statement the agent cannot cite does not make it into the output — which is what makes the result reviewable in minutes rather than re-read end to end.
Who it’s for
Marketing teams sitting on a library of recorded calls and internal sessions, and small teams where the expertise is in people's heads rather than in a content plan.
What you’ll need
- Recordings or notes stored where the agent can read them
- Consent status recorded per meeting
- House formats and voice rules connected
- A publisher who approves
What you get
- Drafted pieces in your formats
- A source note per draft
- A permission checklist for customer material
What it doesn’t do
It reads what was captured; it does not record or transcribe calls itself. Where consent for reuse is unclear, it drafts with the customer detail removed and tells you what would need clearing.
We build the first one with you
Not a template you configure alone. We sit with your team, build it on real data, and hand over the controls.
Scope
One session with the people who actually do the work. We agree what the agent reads, what it may write, and who approves.
Co-build
Built on your own data, not a sandbox. You watch it being made, so you know why it behaves the way it does.
Handover
You own the controls. Change the context, tighten the rights, move the approval gate — without coming back to us.
Parts of the work currently spread across the categories below. It does not replace any of those products outright.
Frequently asked
Is it safe to use customer calls this way?
Only where your consent covers it, which is a question for your team rather than the agent. It tracks permission status per source and will not produce a publishable draft from material marked restricted.
Will everything sound the same?
It follows your voice rules, which is the point, but drafts still need an editor. Teams that publish the output untouched end up with a recognisable sameness, and we say so during the co-build session.
Which meetings are worth including?
Usually internal teach-ins, webinars and sales calls where an objection was answered well. Start narrow: a small, well-chosen set of sources produces better drafts than everything you have ever recorded.
Does it handle video?
It works from the text your recording tool produces. If that tool writes transcripts to a location we can read, the agent reads them. It does not process video or audio itself.
