Agent

Buyer signal listening

Your buyers talk about their problems in public and on your team's posts, and most of it is never seen by the people who could act on it. This agent tracks the topics you care about across the sources you approve, collects who engaged with your content, checks each name against your ICP and hands marketing a short list worth following up.

How it runs

Step by step

01

Agree topics, terms and sources

We define what counts as a relevant conversation and which public sources may be read.

02

Collect discussion and engagement

The agent gathers matching public posts and the engagement on content your team has published.

03

Screen against the ICP

Each name and organisation is checked against your criteria, so the list is buyers rather than everyone.

04

Summarise what was said

Each item comes with the substance of the conversation and a link, not just a notification that something happened.

05

Group the recurring themes

Repeated questions and objections are clustered, which is often more useful to marketing than any single post.

06

Marketing decides what happens next

Nothing is replied to or messaged by the agent. A person chooses whether to respond, publicly or privately.

The harness

Exactly what this agent can see, touch and change

The same five controls sit behind every ollo agent. These are this one's settings — visible before you build it, not buried in an admin screen afterwards.

Context

What reaches the model

Demand generation and content teams whose buyers are active in public communities, and founder-led teams whose posts draw engagement nobody has time to follow up.

Escalation

When it asks a person

A person decides on and writes any public reply or outreach

Verification

How you know it’s right

Every claim links to the document it came from. A statement the agent cannot cite does not make it into the output — which is what makes the result reviewable in minutes rather than re-read end to end.

Who it’s for

Demand generation and content teams whose buyers are active in public communities, and founder-led teams whose posts draw engagement nobody has time to follow up.

What you’ll need

  • Approved sources and topics
  • ICP criteria written down
  • A channel for the list and a review rhythm
  • A person who owns responses

What you get

  • A screened list of relevant conversations
  • An engagement list checked against the ICP
  • A themed view of recurring questions

What it doesn’t do

It reads public material on approved sources only. It does not post, reply, follow or message anyone, and where a platform limits access the coverage is limited in the same way, which the agent states rather than glossing over.

How you get it

We build the first one with you

Not a template you configure alone. We sit with your team, build it on real data, and hand over the controls.

01

Scope

One session with the people who actually do the work. We agree what the agent reads, what it may write, and who approves.

02

Co-build

Built on your own data, not a sandbox. You watch it being made, so you know why it behaves the way it does.

03

Handover

You own the controls. Change the context, tighten the rights, move the approval gate — without coming back to us.

What it replaces

Parts of the work currently spread across the categories below. It does not replace any of those products outright.

Frequently asked

Does it post on our behalf?

No. It surfaces and summarises; a person writes and posts. Automated replies in public communities do more damage to a brand than the time they save, so this is one of the gates we keep firmly closed.

How does it decide something is relevant?

Against your topics and ICP criteria, both written down and both easy to change. The early runs are usually spent narrowing the definition, and the list becomes far more useful as a result.

Which platforms can it cover?

Whatever your approved sources and their terms allow, which changes over time. We tell you what is covered rather than implying complete coverage, and each list names the sources it read.

Can sales get the list too?

Yes, though most teams route buyer conversations to marketing first and pass on only what is worth a personal approach. Sending every engaged name to a rep is how a listening agent gets switched off.
