Agent

Executive meeting prep

Your calendar fills faster than you can prepare for it. This agent reads the invitation, then pulls what your organisation already knows about the people and the subject: prior email threads, meeting notes, documents, open actions. You arrive with the history rather than reconstructing it while the meeting starts.

How it runs

Step by step

01

Read the calendar entry

The agent takes the attendees, the title and any attached material from the invitation as its starting point.

02

Gather what you already know

It searches prior email threads, meeting notes and documents that mention the attendees or the subject.

03

Rebuild the last conversation

The brief opens with where things were left, including anything either side committed to doing next.

04

List what is still open

Unanswered questions, unsent material and overdue actions are pulled out as a short list at the top.

05

Add outside context where allowed

Where you have enabled public research, recent published news about the organisation is added and cited separately from your internal record.

06

You review before the meeting

The brief lands ahead of the meeting for you to read and correct. Nothing is sent to the attendees.

The harness

Exactly what this agent can see, touch and change

The same five controls sit behind every ollo agent. These are this one's settings — visible before you build it, not buried in an admin screen afterwards.

Context

What reaches the model

Executives whose day runs on back-to-back external meetings with investors, partners and key customers, where turning up without the history is expensive.

Escalation

When it asks a person

The brief goes to you, not to attendees, and you decide what to share

Verification

How you know it’s right

Every claim links to the document it came from. A statement the agent cannot cite does not make it into the output — which is what makes the result reviewable in minutes rather than re-read end to end.

Who it’s for

Executives whose day runs on back-to-back external meetings with investors, partners and key customers, where turning up without the history is expensive.

What you’ll need

  • Calendar and mailbox connected
  • Meeting notes stored somewhere the agent can read
  • A rule for which meetings are in scope
  • Agreement on whether public research is switched on

What you get

  • A pre-meeting brief per calendar entry
  • A list of open commitments on both sides
  • A short set of questions worth asking

What it doesn’t do

It prepares you; it does not attend, take notes or follow up. Where a relationship lives entirely in someone else's inbox, the brief will be thin, and it says so rather than filling the gap with guesswork.

How you get it

We build the first one with you

Not a template you configure alone. We sit with your team, build it on real data, and hand over the controls.

01

Scope

One session with the people who actually do the work. We agree what the agent reads, what it may write, and who approves.

02

Co-build

Built on your own data, not a sandbox. You watch it being made, so you know why it behaves the way it does.

03

Handover

You own the controls. Change the context, tighten the rights, move the approval gate — without coming back to us.

What it replaces

Parts of the work currently spread across the categories below. It does not replace any of those products outright.

Frequently asked

How far ahead does the brief arrive?

You choose. Most executives settle on the evening before, so the next day's meetings are already covered, with a shorter cycle picking up late additions to the calendar. The timing is configuration, not something we fix for you.

Does it read my whole mailbox?

It reads the mailbox you connect, under the rights you set. Most teams scope it to threads involving the attendees or the subject of the meeting and keep personal folders out. That scope is agreed in the co-build session and can be narrowed later.

What about meetings with people we have never met?

The brief then rests on public research, where you have enabled it, and states plainly that there is no internal history. We would rather hand you a short honest brief than a long speculative one.

Can it prepare internal meetings too?

Yes, and the sources shift towards project tickets and planning documents rather than email. Some executives run it only for external meetings to keep the volume down. Either is a configuration choice.
