Agent

Investor question desk

During a raise the same questions arrive from every investor, phrased differently each time. This agent keeps a cited answer for each one, drawn from your data room, metrics and past updates, and drafts a response when a new question comes in. You answer consistently instead of rewriting the same paragraph for each fund.

How it runs

Step by step

01

Build the question list

We start from the questions you have already been asked and the ones your material invites, grouped by theme.

02

Point each question at a source

Every standing answer is tied to the document or figure it comes from, so it can be refreshed rather than rewritten.

03

Draft the standing answers

The agent writes an answer per question in your register, with the source attached, for you to correct once.

04

Match new questions to the list

When a question arrives, the agent finds the closest standing answer and adapts it, or says plainly that this one is new.

05

Log what went out

Each answered question is recorded against the investor and the date, so the next conversation starts from what they were already told.

06

You approve every reply

Nothing reaches an investor without your sign-off. The agent drafts into your mailbox and stops there.

The harness

Exactly what this agent can see, touch and change

The same five controls sit behind every ollo agent. These are this one's settings — visible before you build it, not buried in an admin screen afterwards.

Context

What reaches the model

Founders in the middle of a raise, and finance leads handling investor diligence, who are answering overlapping questions from several funds at once.

Verification

How you know it’s right

Every claim links to the document it came from. A statement the agent cannot cite does not make it into the output — which is what makes the result reviewable in minutes rather than re-read end to end.

Who it’s for

Founders in the middle of a raise, and finance leads handling investor diligence, who are answering overlapping questions from several funds at once.

What you’ll need

  • Data room and metrics documents connected
  • An agreed list of standing questions
  • A decision on what is never shared by agent
  • The founder or finance lead as approver

What you get

  • A maintained set of cited standing answers
  • Draft replies to incoming investor questions
  • A log of answers by investor and date

What it doesn’t do

It drafts answers; it does not negotiate, commit to terms or share documents. Anything marked restricted stays out of every draft, and the agent flags the request rather than working around the restriction.

How you get it

We build the first one with you

Not a template you configure alone. We sit with your team, build it on real data, and hand over the controls.

01

Scope

One session with the people who actually do the work. We agree what the agent reads, what it may write, and who approves.

02

Co-build

Built on your own data, not a sandbox. You watch it being made, so you know why it behaves the way it does.

03

Handover

You own the controls. Change the context, tighten the rights, move the approval gate — without coming back to us.

What it replaces

Parts of the work currently spread across the categories below. It does not replace any of those products outright.

Frequently asked

What stops it sharing something confidential?

Two things: the sources you connect, and an exclusion list agreed in the co-build session. If a question touches an excluded area, the agent tells you rather than drafting an answer. Rights are set once and reviewed whenever the data room changes.

Can it handle a question we have never had?

It will say so, and offer the nearest related material rather than inventing an answer. New questions are the ones that deserve your attention, so surfacing them clearly beats a confident guess.

Does it work outside a raise?

Yes. The same desk answers existing investors between rounds, and the standing answers become the backbone of your quarterly update. Several teams keep it running permanently and refresh the sources each quarter.

Who keeps the answers current?

The agent refreshes anything tied to a live source and flags standing answers whose source has changed since you approved them. A person still confirms the change. We would rather you re-approve than have an old answer quietly update itself.
