Client update drafts

When something changes, the firms that get remembered are the ones whose clients hear about it early and in language aimed at them. This agent turns a change in guidance or an approaching deadline into drafted updates, split by the groups it actually affects, with the source of the change cited in each draft. A partner approves before anything is sent.

How it runs

Step by step

01

Connect the sources and the segments

The guidance you monitor, the memos your firm writes, and the client groupings you already work to by service line.

02

Agree who hears what

Which changes matter to which group, written down once so the segmentation is your firm's rule rather than the agent's guess.

03

It picks up the change

A change in the connected guidance, or a deadline coming into range, triggers a draft rather than a notification nobody reads.

04

It drafts per group

Each affected group gets an update written for what it means to them, not one message sent to everybody.

05

It cites the change

Every draft carries a link to the guidance behind it, so the partner reviewing it can see the source before approving.

06

A partner approves each send

Nothing reaches a client until a partner has read the draft and approved the list it is going to.

The harness

Exactly what this agent can see, touch and change

The same five controls sit behind every ollo agent. These are this one's settings — visible before you build it, not buried in an admin screen afterwards.

Context

What reaches the model

Partners and marketing leads at accounting and tax firms who want to reach the right clients when something changes, without writing five versions by hand.

Verification

How you know it’s right

Every claim links to the document it came from. A statement the agent cannot cite does not make it into the output — which is what makes the result reviewable in minutes rather than re-read end to end.

Who it’s for

Partners and marketing leads at accounting and tax firms who want to reach the right clients when something changes, without writing five versions by hand.

What you’ll need

  • Guidance sources connected
  • Client segments defined by your firm
  • A rule for which changes reach which group
  • A partner to approve every send

What you get

  • A drafted update per client group
  • A citation to the underlying change
  • The send list for each draft

What it doesn’t do

It drafts and segments. It does not decide who is on a list without your rules, does not send on its own, and does not tailor the update to one client's circumstances, which is advice and belongs in a memo with a name on it.

How you get it

We build the first one with you

Not a template you configure alone. We sit with your team, build it on real data, and hand over the controls.

01

Scope

One session with the people who actually do the work. We agree what the agent reads, what it may write, and who approves.

02

Co-build

Built on your own data, not a sandbox. You watch it being made, so you know why it behaves the way it does.

03

Handover

You own the controls. Change the context, tighten the rights, move the approval gate — without coming back to us.

What it replaces

Parts of the work currently spread across the categories below. It does not replace any of those products outright.

Frequently asked

How does it know which clients are affected?

From the segmentation your firm defines: service line, entity type, whatever grouping you already use. It applies your rules rather than inferring a segment, because a wrongly targeted tax update is worse than a late one.

Will every client get an email whenever guidance moves?

Only where your rules say the change matters to their group, and only after a partner approves the send. The agent's default is to draft and wait, not to publish.

Can it write in our firm's voice?

It drafts from your previous updates, so the register comes back familiar. Most firms edit lightly at the approval step, which is quicker than starting from an empty page and keeps the voice a person's.

Does it handle deadline reminders too?

Yes, where the deadline is in the connected sources. The draft names the deadline, who it applies to and what the client needs to do, and it still waits for a partner before it goes.
