Agent

Account research & buying committee

Enterprise deals fail on the people you did not know about. This agent builds an account plan from what your organisation already knows plus the public record: what the account does, what has changed recently, who sits in the buying committee and what each of them tends to care about. It keeps watching and tells you when something material changes.

How it runs

Step by step

01

Pull the internal record

Past deals, support history, meeting notes and any prior relationship come first, because your own history is the best source.

02

Add the public picture

Approved external sources fill in structure, recent announcements and stated priorities, each cited separately.

03

Map the buying committee

The agent lists the people known to be involved, their role in the decision and where you have contact with them.

04

Mark the coverage gaps

Roles you would expect to see and do not, such as a security reviewer or a budget holder, are called out as gaps.

05

Draft the account plan

The plan comes back in your template, with the evidence behind each section attached.

06

The account owner confirms it

The owner corrects the map and accepts it before it is shared with the deal team or attached to the record.

The harness

Exactly what this agent can see, touch and change

The same five controls sit behind every Askollo agent. These are this one's settings — visible before you build it, not buried in an admin screen afterwards.

Context

What reaches the model

Account executives and sales leaders working complex deals with several stakeholders, where the plan currently lives in one rep's memory.

Verification

How you know it’s right

Every claim links to the document it came from. A statement the agent cannot cite does not make it into the output — which is what makes the result reviewable in minutes rather than re-read end to end.

Who it’s for

Account executives and sales leaders working complex deals with several stakeholders, where the plan currently lives in one rep's memory.

What you’ll need

  • CRM and mailbox connected
  • An account plan template
  • Approved external research sources
  • An account owner who confirms the map

What you get

  • An account plan with cited sources
  • A buying-committee map with coverage gaps
  • A change log for the account over time

What it doesn’t do

The committee map is built from evidence of contact and public role information. It will not tell you the internal politics, and where a stakeholder has never appeared in your records or the public record, the agent cannot invent them.

How you get it

We build the first one with you

Not a template you configure alone. We sit with your team, build it on real data, and hand over the controls.

01

Scope

One session with the people who actually do the work. We agree what the agent reads, what it may write, and who approves.

02

Co-build

Built on your own data, not a sandbox. You watch it being made, so you know why it behaves the way it does.

03

Handover

You own the controls. Change the context, tighten the rights, move the approval gate — without coming back to us.

What it replaces

Parts of the work currently spread across the categories below. It does not replace any of those products outright.

Frequently asked

How current is the change monitoring?

It runs on the schedule you set and reports only what has changed since the last run, so you get a short list rather than the whole plan again. Leadership changes and public announcements are what most teams care about.

Does it know who our champion is?

It shows who you have most contact with and who has engaged, which is usually the same person. Calling someone a champion is a judgement, and the agent leaves that to the rep rather than scoring the relationship.

Can it work on accounts we have never sold to?

Yes, though the plan then leans on public sources and says so. The internal sections stay empty rather than being filled with plausible-sounding assumptions.

Where does the plan live?

In your drive, in your template, with a link on the record. We avoid making ollo the only place the plan exists, because a plan the deal team cannot open is not a plan.
