Frequently asked
What if the contract and the register disagree on a date?
It shows both and cites the clause it read. The document usually wins, but that is the owner's decision, and quietly overwriting the register would hide a problem worth seeing.
Can it serve notice for us?
No. Serving notice is a legal act with consequences, and the agent has no rights to send anything to a supplier. It puts the clause, the deadline and the required method in front of the owner.
How far ahead does it remind people?
You set the lead time per agreement type during the co-build, and it can differ for a major supplier and a minor one. The reminder always shows when the window closes, so the owner judges the urgency.
What about obligations that are not dates, such as reporting commitments?
Those are listed against the agreement with the clause that creates them and raised on the cycle they fall on. Whether one has been met is something a person confirms, because the agent only knows what the documents say.
