Sections are written in the register of your previous packs, with figures cited and commentary kept separate from data.
Flag gaps and disagreements
Missing inputs and figures that conflict between sources are listed at the top of the draft instead of being resolved silently.
You and finance sign off
The draft stays in your drive until the named approvers have edited and released it. The agent never sends it to the board.

Frequently asked
Can it work with numbers that are not in a connected system?
Yes, as long as someone puts them somewhere it can read, such as a sheet in the drive or a page in Notion. What it will not do is accept a figure with no source. Anything entered by hand is cited as such in the draft.
Our pack format changes. Is that a problem?
No. The template is configuration rather than code, so you can change a section or add one without coming back to us. A larger restructure is usually worth a short session so the sources move with the sections.
Who can see the draft?
Only the people you give access to in your own drive. The agent writes into a location you control and inherits its permissions. Board material is usually the tightest scope we configure on any agent.
Does it write the commentary?
It drafts commentary from what the functions actually reported, and marks it as draft. Most chief executives rewrite it, which is the point: the agent removes the collection work so your attention goes to the framing.
