Renewal prep pack
A renewal conversation is a memory test the customer usually wins. This agent assembles the record beforehand: what the customer has used, what they asked for and got, which issues are still open, and what has changed at their organisation. The customer success manager walks in with the whole term rather than the last few weeks of it.
Step by step
Take the renewal date
The agent works backwards from the contract date on the lead time you agree.
Assemble the value evidence
Adoption over the term, outcomes recorded in meeting notes and anything the customer said went well, all with links.
List the open problems too
Open issues, escalations and unmet commitments are listed plainly, because the customer will raise them anyway.
Check what has changed
Sponsor changes, team growth and any public change at the account are noted with sources.
Draft the renewal pack
The material comes back in your template, separating evidence from the commercial ask.
The account owner approves it
Nothing reaches the customer until the owner has reviewed the pack and decided what to share.
Exactly what this agent can see, touch and change
The same five controls sit behind every Askollo agent. These are this one's settings — visible before you build it, not buried in an admin screen afterwards.

Applications & Rights
Which tools it uses, and what it may do in eachVerification
How you know it’s rightEvery claim links to the document it came from. A statement the agent cannot cite does not make it into the output — which is what makes the result reviewable in minutes rather than re-read end to end.
Who it’s for
Customer success and account managers preparing renewal or expansion conversations, especially where the account has changed hands during the term.
What you’ll need
- Contract dates available to the agent
- A renewal pack template
- Product and support systems connected
- An owner who approves before sharing
What you get
- A renewal pack in your template
- An evidence list with a link per claim
- A list of open issues to resolve first
What it doesn’t do
It assembles the case; it does not price it or negotiate. Commercial terms stay with your team, and the pack marks any value claim it could not evidence rather than asserting it.
We build the first one with you
Not a template you configure alone. We sit with your team, build it on real data, and hand over the controls.
Scope
One session with the people who actually do the work. We agree what the agent reads, what it may write, and who approves.
Co-build
Built on your own data, not a sandbox. You watch it being made, so you know why it behaves the way it does.
Handover
You own the controls. Change the context, tighten the rights, move the approval gate — without coming back to us.
Parts of the work currently spread across the categories below. It does not replace any of those products outright.
Frequently asked
How far ahead should it run?
As far ahead as your renewal process needs. The lead time is configuration, and most teams start earlier for enterprise accounts than for smaller ones. You can also run it on demand for an account that has come up unexpectedly.
What if the value is not there?
The pack will show that, which is more useful than a slide claiming otherwise. Teams often treat a weak pack as the trigger for a recovery plan rather than a renewal push.
Does it write the customer-facing deck?
It drafts the content in your template. Whether that becomes a document or a deck depends on what you already send, and the owner edits it before anything is shared.
Can it cover multi-year agreements?
Yes. It reads the term you tell it about and compares across previous terms where the data goes back that far. Where it does not, the pack covers the period it can evidence and says so.
